- We do not provide refunds for paid subscriptions after purchase.
- Our 14-day free trial allows you to test all premium features before committing to a paid plan.
By subscribing to Trim-ly, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
## 2. Free Trial Period
We offer a risk-free trial so you can:

- Explore analytics and tracking features
- Evaluate dashboard functionality
- No payment is required during the trial.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged.
- If you continue after the trial, your chosen plan will auto-renew based on your billing cycle.
## 3. Subscription & Cancellation
### How to Avoid Charges
To prevent auto-renewal, cancel before your trial ends:
1. Log in to your Trim-ly Dashboard.
2. Go to Billing Settings.
3. Click "Cancel Subscription."
Once canceled, you’ll retain access until the trial’s end date.

- No refunds for partial or unused subscription periods.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
While refunds are generally not provided, we will review the following cases:
- Unauthorized or fraudulent charges
- Duplicate payments
